‍Refund Policy

1. Service Warranty
‍We guarantee a minimum funding amount of $50,000 during the term of our agreement. If this amount is not secured, services will continue until fulfilled.

‍2. Refund Eligibility
‍Refunds are not provided unless a material breach of the signed agreement can be proven. Fraudulent chargebacks are not permitted and will incur liquidated damages.

‍3. Exceptions
‍Refunds are not applicable for:
-Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
-Breaches of payment schedules or unapproved funding applications.
