4. Third-Party Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Client Rights
You have the right to:

–Request the deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

1. Service Warranty
We guarantee a minimum funding amount of $50,000 during the term of our agreement. If this amount is not secured, services will continue until fulfilled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not provided unless a material breach of the signed agreement can be proven. Fraudulent chargebacks are not permitted and will incur liquidated damages.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable for:
–Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
–Breaches of payment schedules or unapproved funding applications.
